I’m a London-based journalist, writer and editor who is interested in telling the stories of people from all walks of life, especially those from underrepresented groups.
My work focuses on the intersection of pop culture, LGBTQ identity and feminism. I have written features, long reads and opinion pieces for a range of publications including Vice, Refinery29, i-D, Glamour, Positive News, CNN Style, The Independent, New Statesman and DIVA.
I’m currently the entertainment editor at Stylist magazine, covering film, television, books, podcasts and art. Recent celebrity interviews include Mariah Carey, Daisy-Edgar Jones, Jessica Chastain, Naomi Watts, Emma Mackey and Kate Hudson.
From 2018-2019 I was a columnist at Broadly (Vice’s vertical covering gender and identity). Myth Understood explored classic stories of mythology and folklore, revisited from a feminist perspective.
I was named Cosmopolitan’s Young Journalist of the Year in 2012, the winner of the ModeConnect International Fashion Writing Competition in 2014, and a finalist in the Vogue Talent Contest in 2017.
